i have found out through research and first hand experience, that muscle building requires a certain way of training. thats why different athletes look differently, because the body adapts depending
on the function it will perform.
so lets say you’re a 100 meters sprinter, your built will be muscular and toned. so as to be able to run the 100 meters in a really fast time.
if you’re a body builder, you will be much more muscular, as your body is adapting to the extreme amount of stress you’re placing it under.
now how do we control and choose which body will be ours?
by knowing the different raining styles and where each will lead you.
